The hustle of office arrivals, coffee-making and quick catch up chats commences. Playlists are chosen to set the backing-track for the working day. This can be anything from classical piano pieces to hip hop hits, depending on the DJ and the day. We consider music an aid in energy increase and creative release!

The Marketing team gets to work checking in on Google campaigns, social media updates and website queries. The Content team handles any technical or contributor enquiries and excitedly peruses new portfolio submissions. The Client Service team works through personal reminders to clients of their impending subscription renewals or of new content that has come in and may be of interest to them.

The Content team spend some time approving and curating new collections, or adding to existing themes, from the new content received. While the Marketing team is busy crafting mail-outs and blog pieces like this one, to keep our audience of clients and readers entertained, informed and inspired.

Lunch breaks are spent wandering around our lovely West End HQ, sipping on the best flat whites and taking in the scenery that others travel far and wide to visit and photograph. It is only fitting that our photography-based business be located off one of the most Instagrammed courtyards in London – Neil’s Yard. So, we needn’t walk too far to find a bit of local inspiration to fire up the creative energy for the afternoon.

Afternoons are for team meetings, time to check in, collaborate, brainstorm and finalise decisions. We always endeavour to look back at what we have achieved and forward at how we can evolve and improve further. These are valuable moments for recognising fellow team members and aligning procedures so that our service is seamless.

A sneaky biscuit break usually happens most days at this time for those in the know. Alternatively, this is when birthdays are celebrated with cards, cake and candles.

To keep current we regularly research industry news and blogs, reach out to fellow industry professionals and attend industry related events including conferences and webinars. We want to be ahead in our delivery for clients.

And that’s a wrap on another day at Ingimage. We go home confident that we’ve done our best to satisfy the needs of our clients, reinforce our message and evolve our offering. Most of the team hits the gym or heads home to their families. Many of us pursue various creative ambitions in our personal hours such as photography, writing, music and dance.
