Showcasing a True Wonder of the Modern World: Notre Dame

In light of the tragic news surrounding the fire at Notre Dame, we at Ingimage wanted to take a moment to pay our respects to one of the most magnificent pieces of historical architecture.

For 850 years, Notre Dame’s ‘flèche’ (directly translated as ‘arrow’, but also the name given to Notre Dame’s spire due to its similar appearance), has risen above the skies of Paris, drawing millions of tourists each year to marvel at its magnificent presence.

While we are sure that Notre Dame’s spire will stand tall once again, until then we are paying homage to a wonderful Gothic structure through the medium of photography, as well as the history and culture it represents.
