Hi Everyone
After a recent client happiness survey & internal team meeting, we realised that happy as our clients may be – they still had a few questions come up fairly regularly and so we’re answering these FAQ’s here as the answers could be useful to all:
How do I see the images I have already purchased?
These images are available under ‘Review downloads’ on the drop-down under your account name when you’re logged in.
How do I know how many search results exist for my search term?
Once you have entered a search term, in the top right hand corner of the page you will see how many pages of images are generated by this search term and you will be able to navigate to a specific page. Each page displays up to 50 images.
How do I get the most recently uploaded images to show in a search first?
This is possible by selecting ‘Newest’ under the search bar on the first page of results. Please be aware that this displays images as they are entered into the system so they are often grouped in a series of similar images from the same artist. As alternatives ‘Popularity’ yields results of the most downloaded searches from this search term and ‘Editor’s view’ shows the top selection of images as judged by our content team.
Am I able to download images specifically for web use?
Absolutely, all images are available at low, medium or super high res and these options are available above the download button so that you can download the version most relevant to how you’d like to use it. These can then be manipulated even further using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
How do I share my lightbox?
You can email a lightbox to anyone using the ‘Email lightbox’ tab at the top right of the screen when you are in your lightbox. The recipient will be able to view thumbnails of all images in the email as well as link to the online lightbox.
Am I able to carry over unused images to the next month?
Yes, this is an available feature and should happen automatically. You will only see the rolled over images once you have run out of your allocated monthly images.
What are the biggest 2018 image trends?
We recognise that more diverse and authentic images which reflect current cultures and climates are needed and so we have curated a collection specific to this theme (see here) and continue to request such images from our contributors so expect to see more and more.
We have also recently commented on trends such as pastel, neon and cosmic as they rise in popularity this year. Keep an eye on our newsletters to get the latest trends and themes at your fingertips! Sign up on our homepage now.
